Vulcan Birthday Celebrations

On Friday 22^nd September 2006, Vulcan Engineering Limited will be celebrating its 20^th Anniversary as a limited company. To celebrate this exciting and momentous event, and as part of a thank you to our staff, the company has booked a function at a local restaurant, for the afternoon and the evening of the 22^nd.

Could you please note that though we will provide service cover and despatch urgent requirements, there will only be a minimal staff cover at Vulcan, Sheffield, the afternoon of 22^nd September from 12:30pm. We would kindly request that you stock now and if possible react by entering any urgent orders or requests early on that day.

There will be a courier collection, as normal, for any requirements received and you will still be able to place orders and make enquiries as usual, through your Customer Web Portal which will not be affected by this closure.  There will be minimal skeleton staff available to deal with any urgent requirements, but we would ask that these requirements are minimised where possible.  Vulcan will resume normal business hours on Monday the 25^th September and any non-urgent orders/enquiries received will be dealt with and responded to then.
