Vulcan have created a unique, industry-leading, specific web portal for each of our distributors.
This facility has many facets and uses but can be thought of as firstly, a comprehensive data-base of all aspects of our company and its products, including all technical, commercial and operational details.

Imagine that you had a member of your staff sitting at one of the terminals in our office, able to rapidly check stock, nett product prices with quantity break information and production lead times.
Imagine that they could also place orders directly onto the system and receive automatic confirmations, access and print lists of current or past orders, and locate and print invoices.
This member of staff could rapidly answer technical or commercial questions about Vulcan, or our products, by accessing our colossal information databases. And they could do it at a time that suits you, day or night.

The design remit was to readily provide the answer to any and every question asked of Vulcan by our distributors. Running into thousands of slides, it’s well sign-posted to give you very fast access to any information you may require, including;

Inspection, Certification and Quality Assurance.
Materials, standards and details.
Presentations on all Vulcan Products.
Prices, service and all commercial details.
Product Cross-Reference Charts and Code Crackers.
Data-bases, such as pump model to seal search-engine, with over 100,000 entries.
A product nett price, availability, production enquiry and ordering suite.
Ability to track orders, receive e-mail confirmation of despatch and print or manage all account details.

The portal secondly contains a swift and easy to use, elegant product enquiry, ordering and account management service. Our aim has been to provision all of our partner distributors with instant electronic access to all that is Vulcan, without the effort, cost, delay and potential error of making a manual enquiry.

Many of our customers are already using the specific Portal that we have set up for them, and experiencing the benefits that it offers. It is much more than just 'another website'; in essence it is a system we have created that gives you direct access to our computer systems.

This is the service that the Vulcan Portal has been designed to provide, and it is providing for many of our customers. We take great pride in our Sales Team, but they are understandably extremely busy.
