Login Problems?

If you have any problems logging in to our customer portal (the boxes return to their original, empty state),
then you probably need to adjust your computers 'session cookie' settings; please follow these extra instructions:

To activate your cookies please follow the steps below:

For Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x users
1. From the menu select Tools-Internet Options
2. Select the privacy tab
3. Click the advanced button
4. Ensure override automatic cookie handling is ticked
5. Tick the option labelled "Allow Session Cookies"
6. Click OK
7. Click OK

For Internet Explorer 4.x users

1. Click on View in navigation bar
2. Click on the Internet Options
3. Click on the Advanced tab
4. Scroll down to Security heading
5. Under "Allow per session cookies (not stored)," tick "Allow per session cookies."

For Netscape 7.x users

1. Select Edit
2. Select Preferences
3. Select Privacy & Security
4. Enable All Cookies
5. Click OK

For FireFox users

1. Select Tools
2. Select Options
3. Click the Privacy button
4. Click cookies
5. Click the Enable Cookies checkbox
6. Click the Accept cookies normally button
7. Click OK
